University regulations and the Motor Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of 宾西法尼亚 are enforced and in effect at all times at Penn 状态 Berks.

All student vehicles must be registered online at 停车登记.

在学期开始的时候, Residential/Commuter Student parking permits will be available at the Berks parking permit website and register your vehicle within the next two weeks. 一旦你登记了你的车辆, you must print your registration form and bring a copy with you and hand it in before you are given your new permit. You will need the following vehicle information to complete the registration for the first time:

Please remember that you will need your Penn 状态 ID. Print your parking permit registration form and bring these items with you when you pick up your new permit. Be sure you are using the Penn 状态 Berks parking permit website.

Permits need to be obtained within the first two weeks of the start of a semester. Tickets will be issued after that time period for not being registered but that tickets will be issued for other parking violations such as parking in a handicapped spot. 查看更多 违例停车罚则(PDF).

  • Parking permits are transferable and can be used on any vehicle the student, 教师, 也可能是工作人员在开车. Students may register more than one vehicle, however, 只有 one permit will be issued.   • All vehicle accidents on campus must be reported immediately to University Police at 610-396-6111, or 610-396-6911. Police officers will respond and complete a police accident report if necessary.

  • Operating or parking vehicles on grass areas or walkways designed for pedestrian use is not permitted.

  • The University reserves the right to tow any illegally parked vehicle at the owner's expense.

  • Only vehicles bearing official handicapped or disabled veteran license plates, 或者是残疾人标牌, may park in designated handicapped spaces. University medical permits are not authorization to use handicapped spaces.

  • University "Parking/Traffic Violation" fines are 只有 payable at the Bursars Office in 125 Franco Building.

  • Failure to respond to a University "Parking/Traffic Violation" within 10 days could result in a state citation being filed with the District Magistrate.

  • All tickets issued from the Motor Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of 宾西法尼亚 will be filed with the local District Magistrate. Applicable state fines and cost will then apply.

All appeals must be received within 72 hours of the violation at the Bursars Office (Room 125, 弗朗哥建筑). 您也可以访问 上诉的形式.

Print a copy of the form and complete the information requested. Return it to the Bursars Office in 125 Franco Building within 72 hours of the date of the violation. If the appeal is received after 72 hours it will not be accepted, 罚款由你负责.
